Delivery Times

Delivery will be made to UK customers within 28 days of us receiving your order. Overseas orders may take a little longer and also incur more delivery charges. Overseas customers will be notified about extra charges on receipt of thier order. Orders requiring faster delivery may incur further charges.

Payment

Your order including payment details will reach us online via a secure server using a credit/debit card. If payment is made by cheque a clearing time will be required before manufacture of your product.

Returns Policy

If on receipt of your order you are not completely satisfied, please inform us straight away and in any event within 7 days from delivery to you. The cost of returning the product, which must be in its original packaging, is your responsibility and needs to be accompanied with its original receipt. The cost of returning the product will be refunded to you if the items were faulty or there has been an error on the part of Comfy Dry.

On Receipt of order we will send a confirmation by email. Please check all details are correct and inform us if there is a discrepancy between your order and our confirmation. Should you not hear from us within 4 days please contact us.

Colours

Please note there may be a slight variation in colour and appearance of our products. Pictures of products within this website are representations only.

Water Resistant

All water resistant materials used are non-UVA treated and may fade if left in direct sunlight. They can be washed at 30°.
The paw print and plain fur fabrics are not water resistant but can still be washed at 30°.
